Select the issue type (e.g., “Login problem” or “Verification error”) and fill out the form with:
Your username or User ID
A valid email address (used during signup)
Description of the issue
Any relevant screenshots or files
All data is treated with full confidentiality.
⏱️ Recovery time
Most login-related issues are resolved within 1 business day
Identity or suspended account cases may take up to 3–5 days
Verified users may receive priority handling
