Where can I request account help or recovery?

If you’re having trouble accessing your account, recovering a lost password, verifying your identity, or fixing login issues, you can request account help directly through the Happydemy® Help Centre.

  • Forgotten password or username

  • Problems with two-factor authentication (2FA)

  • Issues completing identity verification (DUI process)

  • Locked or suspended accounts

  • Errors during registration or login

  • Profile recovery after inactivity or data updates


📍 How to request account help

To get started, go to:

Help Centre> Submit a Request > Account & Identity

Select the issue type (e.g., “Login problem” or “Verification error”) and fill out the form with:

  • Your username or User ID

  • A valid email address (used during signup)

  • Description of the issue

  • Any relevant screenshots or files

All data is treated with full confidentiality.


⏱️ Recovery time

  • Most login-related issues are resolved within 1 business day

  • Identity or suspended account cases may take up to 3–5 days

  • Verified users may receive priority handling


🔐 Important:

To protect your data and wallet (HappyCredit Vault), support can only respond to the registered account holder.

We do not share account access details or reset credentials without identity confirmation.
