  • Problems activating or renewing a Premium or VIP subscription

  • Overcharges, duplicate payments, or failed transactions

  • Issues with purchasing or using HappyCredits

  • Requests for invoices or payment summaries

  • Subscription cancellation or upgrade errors

  • Missing features after subscription change


🧾 How to report a billing issue

  1. Go to:

Help Centre> Submit a Request > Billing & Subscription.

  1. Include the following:

  • Your username and subscription level

  • A description of the issue

  • Transaction details (date, amount, payment method)

  • Screenshots of receipts, errors, or wallet balance (if relevant)

All requests are processed as soon as possible.


⏱️ Response time

  • Standard billing requests: 1–2 business days

  • Urgent subscription access issues: same-day review

  • Refunds (if eligible): processed in 5–10 business days

You have access to priority billing support through:

  • The in-app chat (Premium)

  • Your dedicated sales manager (VIP)
