Help Centre> Submit a Request > Billing & Subscription.
Include the following:
Your username and subscription level
A description of the issue
Transaction details (date, amount, payment method)
Screenshots of receipts, errors, or wallet balance (if relevant)
All requests are processed as soon as possible.
