How can I submit feedback or suggest a feature?

At Happydemy®, we actively listen to our community.

Your ideas, suggestions, and feature requests help shape the platform — and we’ve built a system to collect them all in one place.

💡 What kind of feedback can I send?

You can suggest or comment on:

  • New features or tools you’d love to see

  • Improvements to existing systems (e.g. Connect, Vault, subscriptions)

  • Content types, filters, or creator options

  • Changes to UX, language, or user flow

  • Bugs or pain points that aren’t urgent but affect the experience

  • Community or incentive ideas (e.g. HappyPoint mechanics, rankings, events)

No idea is too small — or too big.

🛠️ How to submit feedback

  1. Go to:

Help Centre> Submit a Request > Feedback & Suggestions

  1. Fill out the form with:

  • A clear description of your idea or issue

  • Why it matters, and how it would improve your experience

  • Optional: screenshots, examples, or references

  1. Submit your message, and it will be reviewed by our product and experience team.

🧠 What happens next?

  • Every submission is logged and reviewed

  • Popular or recurring suggestions may be added to our Roadmap

  • Some users may be invited to beta test new features or formats

You may or may not receive a reply — but every voice counts, and the best ideas often come from you.

💸 Accepted suggestions may earn you rewards

If your idea is accepted and turned into a new feature or service, you may be eligible to:

  • Join beta testing and refinement stages

  • Be publicly credited (if you consent)

  • Participate in the profit generated by that feature, through special reward mechanisms or community shares

Details and eligibility are shared directly with contributors when a suggestion is selected for implementation.
