General Code of Conduct

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or bullying. Any such conduct will be promptly addressed and may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or termination.
The Users should not, but not be limited to:
Falsely representing compliance with access requirements for Service usage;
Concealing or misappropriating identity, or assuming the identity or representation of a third party without authorisation;
Altering identifiers to obfuscate the origin of messages or posted content;
Defaming, harassing, or threatening others or infringing upon their legal rights in any manner;
Encouraging activities endangering User or other User's lives or resulting in physical harm, encompassing but not confined to suicide inducements, deliberate physical harm, unlawful drug use, or excessive alcohol consumption;
Under no circumstances may Users post content advocating and/or encouraging and/or depicting self-destructive or violent conduct on the Service;
Probing, scanning, or testing Service vulnerability, inclusive of services or any connected network;
Breaching Service security or authentication protocols encompassing services or any connected network;
Embedding, uploading, or otherwise introducing malware into or via the Service;
Employing the Service or its technical infrastructure in an abusive, excessive, or otherwise unsuitable manner (e.g., for spamming);
Disrupting or tampering with technical infrastructure in a manner detrimental to the Service;
Offering products or services via the Service without prior consent of the Company;
Soliciting other Members to conclude transactions initiated on the Service outside to circumvent applicable service fees;
Manipulating any activity to achieve higher ranks, bonuses, or rewards;
Use the Service to pay for external services or products;
Promoting or participating in fraudulent activities;
Promoting or participating in multi-level marketing schemes;
Promoting or participating in pyramid schemes and/or Ponzi schemes;
Using HappyCredits© for transactions outside the Service;
Posting external links;
Posting copyrighted content;
Using trademarks;
Using prohibited words in the User's names;
Using trademarks in the User's names;
Employing any automated process to extract, harvest, or scrape information, data, and/or content from Happydemy® and all associated digital properties unless explicitly authorised by the Company.

Age Restrictions
To ensure the safety and well-being of our members, participation in our community is restricted to individuals 18 years old or older. We are working to create a separate environment for our kids, but at the moment, we cannot allow them to register.

In order to maintain the integrity of our community standards, we have established a comprehensive reporting mechanism for breaches thereof. Should you encounter conduct contravening our guidelines or arousing apprehension, we strongly encourage you to expeditiously file a report. Our reporting framework guarantees meticulous examination of all incidents and subsequent implementation of suitable measures to rectify infractions. Your efforts in preserving a secure and hospitable milieu are indispensable, and we remain steadfast in our commitment to promptly and effectively addressing your apprehensions.
How to report
To report a violation on Happydemy, follow these steps:
Click on the drop-down menu located next to the published content that you believe violates the Terms and Conditions, HAPPYDEMY® Code, Privacy, Copyright, or any other applicable laws or regulations;
Select the option "Report to Whiteshield.";
Provide a brief explanation or reason for the alleged violation in the designated field;
Submit your report.
Upon submission, your report will undergo scrutiny by designated authorities to authenticate its content.
Should the reported material be deemed to contravene the stipulated guidelines, disciplinary measures will be administered commensurately.
It is incumbent upon all users to collaborate with Happydemy in strict adherence to the protocols delineated within the Guidelines, the HAPPYDEMY® Code, and any pertinent statutes or regulations governing the company.
Content Reports process:

Report Submission: Users submit a report flagging the objectionable content to Service moderators for scrutiny.

Rewarding Valid Reports: The user submitting the valid report receives a designed allocation of HappyPoints as a token of gratitude for their contribution to upholding the Service's standards.
Educational Feedback: In instances where the report is considered invalid or the content reported does not violate guidelines, users are furnished with educational feedback elucidating the decision. This helps users comprehend the Service's standards better and fosters more precise reporting in subsequent instances.
User Reports: Furthermore, users have the option to report fellow users for breaches of community guidelines, including harassment, abusive behaviour, or fraudulent activities. Valid user reports in this regard also merit recognition with HappyPoints, acknowledging the user's contribution to enforcing community standards and fostering positive interactions among members.
User Reports process:
Identification of Violations: Users observe instances of other users engaging in conduct that contravenes community guidelines, such as harassment, abusive behaviour, or fraudulent activities.
Report Submission: Users formally submit a report flagging the offending user's behaviour to Service moderators for examination.
Verification Process: Service moderators investigate the reported user's behaviour to ascertain its accuracy. If the report is confirmed as accurate and the user's behaviour is found to breach guidelines, the process proceeds accordingly.
Rewarding Valid Reports: The user who submitted the substantiated report is duly rewarded with HappyPoints in recognition of their contribution to upholding community standards and fostering a positive atmosphere.
Action Against Violators: Depending on the severity of the violation, the reported user may face disciplinary measures, ranging from warnings to temporary or permanent account suspensions. Transparency in this process fosters trust among users and reinforces the significance of adhering to community guidelines.

Content Reports: When a user identifies content breaching community guidelines, including but not limited to spam, hate speech, or inappropriate material, they may file a report. Following validation by Service moderators, a confirmed report entitles the reporting user to receive HappyPoints. This system encourages users to contribute to maintaining Service integrity and safety.
Non-Reporting of Violations
Non-reporting of violations or misconduct on HAPPYDEMY® is treated with utmost seriousness. Members who become cognizant of violations but choose to refrain from reporting them to the Company voluntarily may face severe repercussions, including:
Account Suspension: Members may have their accounts suspended due to failure to non-reporting violations;
Disciplinary Sanctions: The Company reserves the right to impose disciplinary measures on members who neglect to report violations promptly;
Immediate Termination of Account: In the most egregious cases, the Company may promptly terminate the account of a member who fails to report violations;
Reporting to Authorities: In severe instances involving illegal activities or significant harm, HAPPYDEMY® may report the matter to appropriate authorities. It is imperative for all members to fulfil their obligation to promptly report any violations or misconduct they become aware of. By doing so, members contribute to maintaining a safe and secure environment within the HAPPYDEMY® community. Non-reporting violations not only compromise the integrity of the Service but also endanger the safety and well-being of fellow members.

Additionally, it is important to avoid engaging in activities such as fake accounts, buying fake followers or engagement, participating in clickbait schemes, and promoting fraudulent investment opportunities to maintain a trustworthy and secure digital Service.
Intellectual Property Rights: Please adhere to intellectual property rights when sharing content, ensuring you possess the requisite permissions or rights to publish any copyrighted or owned material. Additionally, refrain from engaging in activities such as plagiarism, unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material, and infringement of trademarks or patents to maintain a legal and ethical digital presence.

Crypto Currencies, NFT, and Blockchain Services**: Refrain from sharing content related to cryptocurrencies; NFT (Non-Fungible Tokens) and blockchain services are not allowed. Additionally, avoid engaging in promoting fraudulent or unregulated investment schemes, participating in illegal financial activities, or facilitating money laundering through cryptocurrency transactions to maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
AI-Generated Content Prohibition Policy*: Users are strictly prohibited from creating, distributing, or utilizing content generated by artificial intelligence (AI) systems on this Service. This includes text, images, audio, or video produced wholly or partially by automated processes. The Service reserves the right to remove any such content without prior notice and take appropriate action against violators, including account suspension or termination.

Audio and video content not belonging to you: you are expressly prohibited from publishing audio and video content on the HAPPYDEMY® Service that does not belong to you unless you have acquired the requisite permissions. Furthermore, any audio or video content constitutes an infringement if utilized without appropriate authorization.

While we celebrate artistic expression and freedom of speech, our Service upholds a strict policy against explicit or pornographic content. Let your creativity soar, but remember, respect for all members of our diverse community is paramount. Herein, we outline both the permitted and prohibited pictures containing nudity on our Service. Self-generated nudity: The sharing of selfies or images containing nudity or partial nudity, accompanied by philosophical phrases, is discouraged on HAPPYDEMY®. We uphold the celebration of the human intellect and discourage the commodification of one's body for soliciting donations from the community. Offensive Religious Content: Happydemy strictly prohibits content that includes, but is not limited to, blasphemy, prayers, images of saints or deities, religious rites, and liturgical celebrations. Users are advised against uploading or sharing any content that may offend individuals of other religions, as it violates the Service's regulations.
Exploitation of Political or Religious Issues: The exploitation of political or religious issues for profit or the promotion of political or religious extremist programs, as well as any association known for terrorist, criminal, fanatical, or hate activities related to other religions, is strictly prohibited on HAPPYDEMY®.
Unrelated Events: Events, including sporting events, that are unrelated to Happydemy's activities or sports that create disharmony among people are strictly prohibited on the Service.
Controversial Discussions in Sports: Discussions concerning any sport with the intent to create controversy or insult individuals from opposing teams are prohibited on HAPPYDEMY®.
